Located near De La Savanne metro, this busy wholesaler/distributor has an opening for an experienced, bilingual, computer literate, Executive /Administrative Assistant to work for the company President organizing his business and personal agenda with emphasis on supporting his outside interests. Minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role at an Executive level and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.Duties are varied and will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:General administrative secretarial duties including booking complex International travel/hotel reservations, organizing company events, purchasing corporate gifts, organizing all aspects of Photographic Exhibitions, creating photo archives and producing yearly company calendar. Other duties include taking dictation, translating from English to French and managing his personal banking and expenses, as well as, keeping company kitchen fully stocked for employees.This position is best suited for an individual who is well organized, detail oriented and self motivated, someone with a positive, flexible attitude who enjoys performing varied office duties and keepingyour boss organized.
