CUSTOMER SERVICE REP – CL18820 Job in Edmonton T5K1L6, Alberta Canada

Our dynamic west-end client is currently seeking a CSR to join their team! If you are a positive, upbeat individual with a fantastic attitude, then read on to see if you meet the qualifications!This is a newly created position and the opportunity to join a great team!
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Greeting customers and ensuring customer service excellence!
- Handling general customer inquiries regarding product pricing and product availability
- Answering incoming calls and determining customer requirements/expectations to direct them to the appropriate salesperson
- Inputting/processing work orders and quotes and tracking/handling product returns and repairs
- General filing and data entry and other related admin. tasks as required
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- strong work ethic and high personal standards
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be very team oriented, flexible and adaptable
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
The salary range for this position is $35,000 to $40,000 based on experience. The company is offering benefits too!
