Company Profile Our client is an international corporation with property/facility management services in the lower mainland.
Responsibilities Reporting to a Senior Finance person you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking all accounting transactions along with analysis of company performance and assisting with financial processes.
Month-end management accounts and reporting package including schedules for Senior Executives
Liaison with Management with regards to monthly results and control of company allocations
Quarterly board meeting reporting packages
Cash forecasting
Record all transactions in accounting system
Assist with annual financial statement preparations including HST, corporate tax and liaising with Auditors
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Develop financial models
Assist with a variety of projects and ad-hoc duties and projects including process improvement
Qualifications
Designated CGA or CMA with 2 to 3 years post designation experience
Proven skills in analysis and the preparation of financial reports and schedules
Strong report writing skills
JDE or other ERP system experience
Advanced MS Excel and good working knowledge of Office Suite
Preference will be given to individuals with construction, property management and facilities management experience
High level of organizational skills and a methodical approach to your work
Able to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with team members and clients
Superior communications skills bot verbally and in writing
