Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Underwriter

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Underwrite commercial mortgages for all commercial mortgage types.
- Liase with brokers, lending partners, clients and solicitors.
- Meet tight deadlines
- Prepare monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with company lending guidelines and procedures
Required Experience:
- 2 years of Commercial or Residential Mortgage underwriting experience
- Post Secondary education, preferably in Business or Finance
- Strong verbal and written French and English is a requirement
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
