Your Mission

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the processing, recording and the payment of trade accounts payable transactions including employee expenses. Additional responsibilities will include:

Reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to general ledger

Recording accounts payable accruals

Reconciling general ledger accounts

Other assigned month-end tasks.

Your Skills & Experience

Post secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration or similar; enrollment in/working towards an accounting designation is considered an asset

At least 3 years accounting experience including accounts payable or expense processing experience;

An advanced working knowledge of Excel;

Experience with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics or a similar modular windows based accounting system;
