Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Assist Financial Planners in QC or Maritimes with their Portfolio.
- Assist clients in those portfolios with any questions or concerns.
- Learn, grow and be challenged every single day!
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- IFIC or CSC very nice to have.
- University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance.
- Good oral and written skills in English French definite requirement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills.
- 6 months Customer Service experience (preferably in financial services).
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Solid understanding of Mutual Funds.
- Able to handle high volumes of work and variety of tasks at one time.
