BILINGUAL RECEPTIONST – CL19630 Job in Edmonton T5K1L6, Alberta Canada

Handling incoming calls (from both French/English speaking clients) your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering general customer inquiries regarding products/service and warranty information
  • Providing administrative support including typing various correspondence, updating communication binders and store listings and other related tasks
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Tracking and ordering of office supplies; handling maintenance of office equipment
  • Assisting with invoices with data entry into Simply Accounting
  • Assisting colleagues as necessary with a CAN DO” attitude

Qualifications:

  • Must be completely fluent in French AND English
  • Min. 2-3 years experience in a related role
  • Must be organized and have strong communication/organizational skills
  • Must have good computer proficiency
  • Must be somewhat flexible to location as they are growing and may be moving in the future

Salary range for this position is $40,000 plus per year. Benefits will be offered too!
