Handling incoming calls (from both French/English speaking clients) your responsibilities will include:
- Answering general customer inquiries regarding products/service and warranty information
- Providing administrative support including typing various correspondence, updating communication binders and store listings and other related tasks
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Tracking and ordering of office supplies; handling maintenance of office equipment
- Assisting with invoices with data entry into Simply Accounting
- Assisting colleagues as necessary with a CAN DO” attitude
Qualifications:
- Must be completely fluent in French AND English
- Min. 2-3 years experience in a related role
- Must be organized and have strong communication/organizational skills
- Must have good computer proficiency
- Must be somewhat flexible to location as they are growing and may be moving in the future
Salary range for this position is $40,000 plus per year. Benefits will be offered too!
