ROLE: Bilingual Payroll Customer Service Representative
DUTIES:

Cater to small and mid-size businesses helping them with their new payroll software

Answer client inquiries on how to run their payroll as well as assist them to various functions on their new software
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bilingual (French/English)
-
PCP Certification (Payroll Compliance Professional)
-
Payroll processing experience across Canada is preferred
-
ADP or Ceridian experience is preferred

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Able to work flexible hours between 7am – 7pm (to cover all the provinces)
