The CNC Operational Analyst will perform the following duties:
1. JDE CNC Environment support
2. JDE CNC Environment support
3. JDE CNC HTML Environment support
4. JDE CNC Refreshes and special instructions
5. JDE CNC Package Builds: Full and update packages
6. UC4/Appworx scheduler support
7. Provide a CNC technical point of contact, change management coordinator and on-call support
8. JDE CNC OMW support
9. JDE Security Management
10. Make updates to the Ops manual
11. JDE CNC Printing support (in and out of the JDE application)
12. Performance report and Capacity report input
13. Assistance with queue administration, triage, meeting attendance
14. Documentation maintenance
15. Field after hour support calls, On Call Support
16. Perform operational tasks that are outside normal working hours
17. Project Work as required/Complete project tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC on Windows or UNIX based platforms
Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
1. UNIX experience
2. Appworx/UC4 scheduler experience
3. Some Programming experience with Unix Shell, Perl or Python
4. Experience with working on Oracle databases
