THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client is looking for a CA, CGA or CMA with public accounting experience – minimum two years post designation experience. You will work with a diversity of clients in a broad range of industry sectors: medium to large, owner managed enterprises and not-for-profit organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete small and medium sized client engagements for tax related activities for domestic tax matters.

Work closely with partners as a senior team member on tax planning for client engagements.

Coaching, managing and mentoring Junior Tax Staff for the preparation of tax returns.

Conducting tax research.

Developing and implementing strategies for clients to capitalize on business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

CA, CGA or CMA designation.

At least2 years post designation experience in public accounting with a specialization in tax for a minimum of 2 years.

Extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate tax compliance and planning.

Desirable: Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course (Levels I, II) or currently enrolled in Level II.

COMPENSATION:

Salarycommensurate with education and experience. Relocation assistance may be provided (depending on skills / qualification of candidate).
