Branch Sales Manager Job in Gormley L0H 1G0, Ontario Canada

The Branch Sales Manager will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations. These responsibilities will encompass:

Actively selling, including prospecting, follow-up and customer service.

Managing the branch financial performance – budget development and business plan execution, branch profit and loss activities, branch operating costs

Managing/monitoring branch fleet — monitoring unit movements/inventories/maintenance

Managing branch sales activities — establishing sales activity and prospecting goals, conducting monthly sales meetings

Managing the branch sales, administration and fleet staff — interviewing, hiring, training, development, supervision, and performance management of branch employees

The successful candidate will possess:

BS in Business, Marketing or a related field;

Proven successful management experience in the modular or construction leasing industry;

Strong finance/accounting knowledge;

Experience hiring and developing strong team members;

Effective negotiation, communication, organization and customer service skills; and

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
