OFFICE ASSISTANT Job in Montreal, Quebec Canada

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant for our office in Pointe-Claire. Job Requirements Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. General administrative tasks (photocopying, faxes, mail, follow ups, internal orders, return calls, schedule meetings…) Coordinate special projects such as creating excel spreadsheets, memos etc. Pre-qualifying candidates for temporary and permanent positions Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents as necessary. This includes many highly confidential correspondence, emails, contracts, proposals etc. Updating candidates and clients Analysis and competitive research Translating text (English-French and French to English) Special organizational and online research projects as directed Provide administrative support to internal staff Any other special projects as required Job Qualifications CEGEP level or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the Aerospace idustry is an asset. Professional individual Reliable and punctual individual Excellent phone manners Good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate to supervisors and peers. Superior organizational skills and time-management.
