Executive Administrative Assistant 1 Year Contract
Our international Bay/Bloor client is in search of an Executive Assistant, with 3 to 5 years experience supporting senior level management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to various senior executives.
Preparation of letters, memos, reports, presentations, using Microsoft Office.
Managing a heavy volume of international travel and schedules.
Responsible for prioritizing and redirecting mail and telephone calls as appropriate.
Other administrative support including filing, faxing and photocopying as required.
Preparation of expense reports and timesheets.
Key Qualifications
5 years Executive Administrative experience in a corporate environment.
A post-secondary degree is a definite asset.
Critical thinker and strong problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a highly organized manner where attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality are critical.
Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible.
High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
