Principales fonctions:

Rpondre un fort volume d’appels;

fidliser les clients;

rsolution de problmes et prise de dcision rapide;

effectuer les suivis de cas;

soutien technique aux clients, assurer leur satisfaction;

atteindre les rsultats de productivit fixs.

Pr-requis:

- Bilinguisme (oral et crit);

- passion pour le service clientle et la vente;

- bonnes connaissances informatiques et de l’internet;

- bonne vitesse de frappe, bon sens du jugement, prise de dcision rapide;

- excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles et en communications;

- capacit travailler dans un environnement changeant, autonomie;

- capacit accomplir des tches multiples et respecter les dlais.

Informations supplmentaires:

37.5 heures par semaine;

Poste temporaire avec possibilit de permanence;

Customer Service Representative

Main Duties:

Answer to a large volume of calls;

Work at keeping actual customers;

Problem solving and rapid decision making;

Follow-up on cases;

Technical support to clients to their satisfaction;

Realize established productivity objectives.

Pre-requisites:

- Bilingual(oral and written);

- Passion for customer service and sales;

- Good knowledge of computer and internet;

- Good typing speed, judgment and decision making;

- Excellent aptitudes for interpersonal relations and communications;

- Ability to work in a changing environment;

- Autonomous individual;

- Ability for multi-tasking and for respecting delays.

Other Information:

37.5 hours/week;

Temporary position with possibility of permanence;

(availability) day evening weekend;
