Nitro is seeking Service Coordinator to assist our Engineering Teams in the following areas:

• Manage and maintain the scheduling of all service personnel.
• Primary communication point for our customer community as it pertains to our scheduling requirements and contractual obligations.
• Communication point for our service personnel based on their daily and project scheduling requirements.
• Manage the scheduling of IT projects and IT training requirements.
• Additional responsibilities will be detailed with the suitable candidate.

The following skills are essential to our Team:

• Customer relations and communication skills.
• Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset.
• IT experience is not a requirement for this position as Nitro will train the suitable candidate in IT elements.
