The Accounts Receivable Administrator will directly report to the Accounting Manager. It is the focus of
this role to ensure the timely and appropriate processing of client payments across the branches and
head office. This will include, collection of all overdue customer accounts, entering, posting and
reconciling of all daily invoices, applying and posting of customer payments, preparing semi-monthly
aging reports for all Sharps Account Managers and researching and resolving accounts receivable
issues with our customers.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a 2 year College diploma or a University degree.
Your major will be in accounting. In addition you will have 1+ years working experience in an accounts receivable position, or 2+ years working in a general accounting environment that includes 1+ years working with an ERP system. You must also have a solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate excel skills.
