Loan Monitoring ExpertOur client works closely with many of the Nations developers and requires an in house cost/loan monitoring expert to work with clients on delicate loan issues and ensuring all compliance is in place for the developers site to gain maximum efficiency with the banks and timely release of each stage of the Capital/building loan.You should ideally have come from a developer or banking background with real experience in Hi Rise(New condo and Rental Apt buildings)loan monitoring for 100-500 Million dollar projects.Our client is flexible and is looking to hire multiple people in this role at varying levels of compensation starting at 55k – 135k depending on the background.To be considered please send your resume to jfollis@deangroup.ca for consideration.
