Senior Coordinator, AP Processing (Winnipeg) Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada

Shared Services Operations is currently seeking candidates to fill a Senior Coordinator, Finance position for the A/P Processing department in their WInnipeg Office

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
•Provides support in the day to day operations of the department with the Assistant Manager
•Supports, guides and coaches colleagues as required
••Ensures targets and goals are being communicated and achieved
•Provides feedback to assist with the completion of colleague performance reviews
•Other duties as required

The candidates must possess the following skills:
•Previous supervisory experience in a fast paced, high volume and deadline oriented environment (must have at least 1-2 years exp)
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
•Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner
•Knowledge of accounting procedures in a computerized environment including experience with SAP
•Current enrolment in an accounting course would be considered an asset
•Must be able to work independently and as part of the mgmt team
•Experience with excel / word / outlook
