Real Estate Analyst Job in Calgary, Alberta Canada
Real Estate Analyst Reports to Senior Asset Manager
Our client, a top Property Management company with more than 7 million square feet of desirable, office and industrial properties under management across Canada are currently looking for a Real Estate Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join the Asset Management team.
Responsibilities:
-
Lease analysis, development, and other investment initiatives
-
Maintain financial models using Argus and Excel for variance analysis
-
Attend leasing meeting, track leasing activities and conduct market research.

Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management
-
Create databases as needed
-
Liaise with other department to provide information
Work with the Operations division for the Western Portfolio
Qualifications:
-
University degree or equivalent
-
Experience in developing pro forma cash flow projections
-
Advanced level in Excel
1 to 3 years applicable experience
