Manager, Finacial Planning and Analysis Job in Mississauga, Ontario Canada
Our client is leading service provider in the healthcare field. As they continue to progress their operations, they are in the market to hire a Manager, Business Performance & Analysis. The successful candidate will lead the budgeting and forecasting process on behalf of the executive team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for completing the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets in communication with business unit managers. Prepare the monthly corporate reporting deliverables for the executive team. Complete monthly variance analysis, including comparison to both the budget and forecast. Supports the daily decision making process of the business managers through the completion of various analysis as needed.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with 1-2 years of industry experience. Strong business acumen, and an MBA would be an asset.
