Need an Technical Architect specializing in use of Microsoft Biztalk Platform and related technologies for high volume messaging, Orchestration of transaction over multiple systemsRoles & Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:* Demonstrate leadership qualities in educating stakeholders about various architectural alternatives; mentor others; develop and form strong teams. *Able to effectively facilitate meetings and Present concepts and designs to senior management and get buy in. Be comfortable with conflict and compromise.*Interact with other technology groups as needed and ability to understand the stakeholder landscapeTechnical and Architecture:* Drives overall Technical Architecture and deliverable for the assigned initiative including third party solution and integration aligned with business and technology vision. Must have extensive experience within SOA/Enterprise Application Integration*Drives the overall integration architecture and deliverables for the integration of the core banking solution with the rest of the enterprise *Primary point of contact for Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects*Ensures coordination and communication between Integration Developers.*Coordinates and reviews estimates for completeness and ensures *Identify necessary technical enhancements to existing systems to ensure performance, extensibility, and maintainability*Participates in quality assurance activities – code, design and final solution reviews*Coach and mentor Integration Developers.*Integrate enterprise applications using message queues / Web Service as endpoints *Perform messaging operations such as message flows to transform messages, broadcast messagesRequired skills and experience: *7+ years of experience on the Biztalk platform including Biztalk 2009* Understanding Services Oriented Architectures, the related standards and technologies and a holistic view of enterprise solutions, including appreciation of operation costs, security, performance, application development and system management is required. *BizTalk 2010 hands on experience, High volume messaging, Orchestration of transaction over multiple systems.* Practical experience with ESB Toolkit 2.1 including: Itinerary development, custom orchestration extenders, and Business Rules Engine configuration.*Custom component development including: pipeline component development and adapter development.* Familiarity with WCF adapter configuration for both general BizTalk development as well as usage in Itineraries and ESB development.*Proficiency in configuring, installing, fine-tuning Biztalk components like ESB Toolkits. *Working experience of integrating.Net, Java other application stacks. *Working experience of Architecture frameworks like TOGAF*Experience on the various Biztalk adapters used for integration in the financial services space like SWIFT etc. *Microsoft Certified Architects (MCA) will be an added advantage. *Experience on the Monitoring and Alerting using Biztalk Activity Monitoring etc*Experience with implementing large scale EAI systems. *Experience with architecting large scale highly available EAI systems with BiztalkEducation:*BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fieldPlease forward your Updated Resumes to Ajay Malekar at ajay.malekar@capgemini.com Capgemini Financial Services and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
