Office Services Assistant Job in Toronto, Ontario Canada
Our client, a global management consulting firm is seeking an Office Services Assistant for their Head Office located in downtown Toronto.
The Office Services Assistant will perform food-services related tasks including stocking the kitchen and satellite coffee stations, inventory tracking, maintaining the meeting room spaces, assisting with large scale event set up/office lunches, reception relief as well as other clerical duties as required.
You should have minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Office Assistant with a strong customer service and communication skills. You will be highly proactive, a dynamic team player, easy going, flexible and have strong attention to detail.
