Our client has over 100 years of experience in the mechanical field dealing in different areas from residential to institutional buildings.
The Role:
The Company is seeking a Energy Manager to join their local team in Greater Vancouver. The successful candidate will be able to lead the team, and have solid knowledge of buildingcodes. This candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong working relationship. Specifically responsible for but not limited to:
Strong financial skills can design and layout financial forms and include metrics
Strong professional sales skills someone who is not afraid of rigorous targeting.
An understanding of TAS strategic selling etc.
Strong work ethic someone who will go above and beyond.
Proven success with in Education or Healthcare buildings.
Has a firm understanding of contract law
The Candidate:
Applicants for this role must have the following:
- 5 10 years id selling and dealing with Energy Services / Performance contracts to commercial customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work in a time sensitive environment
- Must have knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards and plumbing codes
- Excellent customer service skills, including building and maintaining solid relationships
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
