Manager of Financial Reporting Job in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada

Our client a fairly large successful organization in downtown Vancouver is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their Finance team as a Manager of Financial Reporting. The Manager of Financial Reporting reports directly to the CFO and will be mainly responsible for the following:
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting
- Run analysis on significant accounts
- Reconcile inter-company accounts
- Prepare working papers for external and internal auditors
- Implement internal controls
- Monitor transfer pricing
- Research in taxation, business laws and regulations
Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
- A professional Accounting designation
- Strong Canadian GAAP knowledge, IFRS and taxation
- Strong experience preparing consolidated financial statements
- Experience with multi-currencies and multi-locations
- Experience with internal controls
- ERP experience
