Job Description
EstablishedOilfield Services Company has an immediate opening for a receptionist in its downtown Calgary office.
Duties:
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
* Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
* Maintains safe and clean reception, board room and kitchen areas.
* Responsible for mail pickup and distribution in addition to handling couriers.
* Responsible for orderingkitchen and office supplies.
* Co-ordination of general repairs and maintenance of the office and office equipment as required.
*Preparation of bank deposit and entry of cash receipts
* Generaladministrative duties including typing, arranging office social events and providing other administrative assistance where required.
* Maintenance of contact management database
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
