Administrative Assistant Job in Calgary T2H 2V6, Alberta Canada
CTH Systems Inc is seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our sales team, president, and business coordinator. The ideal candidate must be personable, well organized, team and detail oriented, energetic, and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Qualifications include a strong working knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Applicant must also be customer driven with strong communication skills.
Job Functions: (not limited to)
- Edit PowerPoint presentations
- Proofread and edit documents and presentations
- Assist with quoting sales opportunities
- Corresponding with customers post orders
- Coordinate orders from order entry to shipment to customers
- Coordinate customer support agreements and renewals
