Document Specialist Job in Toronto M5K1A2, Ontario Canada

Job Description:
-The role is to assist in the conversion of policy documentation into a standard word format and assist in the onboarding process for all documents, users and help/training materials.
-This role requires an individual with superior word and excel skills to assess and record requirements.
-Must be flexible to work alternate hours and OT as needed.
-Must be computer savvy and have advanced MS Word (99% of the role will be in Word, no mail mergers needed) and MS Excel (no formulas needed).

Job Experience:
-The successful candidate will have knowledge in Word/Excel and a track record of success.
-Additionally, the candidate will:
-Have an Undergraduate degree – Business, Technology, Math or other analytical field NICE to have but not mandatory.
-Be a highly motivated individual with 5+ years experience in working with MS Word and Excel for the purposes of managing templates and converting a large volume of documents.
-Have excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills as well as consensus-building skills
-Possess superior organizational, follow-up and priority-setting skills to handle multiple tasks
-Possess superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
-Have a proven ability to work effectively individually with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
-Have the ability to remain flexible with shifting priorities
-Have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
-Have the ability to understand complex information and summarize in a clear, concise fashion
-Have a strong customer service orientation and a professional approach; ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
-Being able to work under tight timelines
-Potential of OT

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
