Job Description
In this incomparable job opportunity, you will be responsible for data entry, enter pricing, repeats on orders, credit notes, scheduling for the president, accounts receivables and general administrative duties. Candidate acts as the face and the first point of contact for the company.
Job Responsibilities
As the receptionist/ Customer service you will be responsible for:
Answering phones: questions, inquiries, appointments
Reports
Weekly stats
Collecting payments
Booking appointments
Updating records
Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, the desired candidate requires:
2 years or more in a similar position
Outstanding customer service profile
Knowledge of Visual 2000 is an asset
Organization
Meticulous
Bilingual, Oral and written
Flexible
Compensation & Benefit Details
Compensation for this opportunity includes:
base salary 33 000-35 000
