Info-Tech Research Group is searching for Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast paced and energetic sales environment supporting our growing sales department. This Administrator will also be responsible for making sure incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally, and are directed to the appropriate person or department. This person will be responsible for balancing projects, customer service and administrative responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Sales Administration
Processing sales
Creation of new customer accounts
Sales verification and account administration
Clear CRM knowledge and usability
Daily administration of accounts in our CRM system
Support and fulfill requests from the sales department
Special projects
Cross training with the administrative department
General Administration
Manage a multi-line telephone and, at times, cover reception area
Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally
Efficiently direct calls to the appropriate individuals
Filling in for other Administrators when needed
Requirements and Competencies:
Experience and knowledge with Salesforce.com preferred
Administrative experience/data entry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Outstanding professionalism and unfailing motivation
Strong analytical capability
Resourcefulness
Ability to solve problems and work independently
Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Previous experience in a project-oriented role
Post-secondary College Diploma or University Degree a definite asset
Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary customer service
Strong knowledge of software such as MS Word and MS Excel
