Executive Assistant
Salary up to $55,000 + Paid Overtime + BONUS

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Administrative Assistant with excellent technical skills to join their fast paced and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will provide a high level of administrative support to a small team of very successful executives. Use your excellent organizing and multi-tasking skills to manage calendars, prepare documents, track expenses, coordinate events and execute a variety of other administrative tasks as required. Responsibilities
Provide calendar management of daily activities for the executives Schedule and organize meetings, including coordinating appropriate logistics Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person or area Prepare client-facing correspondence, reports, presentations and documents Provide accurate, organized and efficient support in conducting research and collecting and tracking data/research information
Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, conferences and other events
Manage the database for the group and run reports
Prepare, track and file expense reports for each member of the group
Photocopy, scan and bind presentation materials and other various documents
Perform other administrative as required
Ensure the timely communication of issues that are relevant to the team and encourage a good working relationship with other teams
Skills & Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
Experience in the Financial Industry an asset
Canadian Securities Course an asset
Superior interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
