Credit and Accounts Receivable Lead Job in Mississauga, Ontario Canada
Our client in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry is currently is search of a Credit and Accounts Receivable Lead.
Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager you will be responsible for risk assessment, client account managment, order approvals, month end reporting, reconciliations and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review credit application and complete credit inquiry with credit reporting agency
- Set up new accounts in ERP system with appropriate required information
- Maintain customer database with up to date information in order to monitor credit risk and prepare reports
- Release orders affected by credit limit
- Monthly reporting of customer accounts for insurance purposes
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Monitor cash application and collections activity
- Order management and returns
- Analyze sales and forecast collection inflow
- Support Treasury Manager for related banking issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Accounting Diploma
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency is Excel, Access, Powepoint and Word
- Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects
