Our client is currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team for a part-time temporary opportunity. This temporary assignment is expected to be 3 months in duration. You will be expected to work approximately 15 hours per week.
In this role you will be responsible for providing general support to the Bookkeeper. Main responsibilities will include data entry of accounting information and taking care of special projects as requested.
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Completed or in pursuit of a certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Hourly wage for this position will be $16 – $18 per hour based on experience and education.
