We are currently recruiting for a Now Forward Clerk for a one year contract. The Claims Now Forward Clerk is responsible for imaging daily correspondence and documents produced in the claims department. Major responsibilities include: preparing, scanning, indexing and performing quality assurance on all documents for the imaging process; cataloguing and maintaining inventory of documents sent to off-site storage and liaising with staffing to ensure proper completing of forms for indexing.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Post secondary education, preferably in Business Administration or Office Administration
• Minimum of one year of administration work experience
• Possess a high attention to detail, strong organization and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of emphases placed on accuracy
• English essential, bilingualism is an asset
