Registrations Administrator Job in Vaughan L4L 8K8, Ontario Canada

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE: (Why does this job exist?)

Assisting in year- end mutual fund and scholarship plan licensing renewal process by helping with the collection of licensing fees from the representatives, exclusion and terminations of agents and populating the needed reports (excel spreadsheets).

2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: (Prescribed duties measured in terms of managing, supervising, or performing activities from a day-to-day operational standpoint in order to carry out the assigned functions effectively.)

data entry

scanning

faxing

photocopying

gathering and sorting relevant information

contacting representatives

communicating information to internal and external parties as required

3. SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Degree of education minimally required to adequately perform the duties described. Skills or knowledge necessary to perform the job other than those acquired through formal education. List any certification, licenses, LOMA exams required.)

Proficient knowledge of English grammar, proper business etiquette and spelling

Efficient and Organized

Professional attitude and demeanor

Team Player able to sustain and maintain work ethics within the department

Ability to multi-task: prioritize multiple responsibilities while consistently meeting deadlines

Proficient computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
